What type of photo works best?
High-resolution, well-lit photos where the subject is facing the camera. Ideally the view of the subjects is not blocked. We must stress that the quality of your photo directly impacts the quality of our generated videos.
How long will my animation take?
Animations are currently taking less than 24 hours
What format is the final animation, and where can I display it?
MP4 format (standard video file) at 1080p. These files work perfectly on digital photo frames (like Aura or Frameo), smart TVs, and all mobile devices.
What if I don't like the final animation?
We guarantee your animation will match the style and quality demonstrated on our website. If the motion is slightly off from your vision, we are happy to offer one complimentary minor adjustment (e.g., speed or slight focal shift). However, because each piece is custom-rendered, we are unable to offer refunds based on subjective aesthetic preference. Please review our refund policy for further information.
